SCMRRC GENERAL MEETING MINUTES

April 28th, 2026

9:00am Meeting called to order.

The March minutes were read and accepted with a unanimous vote.

New Brochure: In Process

Inventory: RCSC requires us to supply an inventory of all items in our area.

Christmas Party @ Fairways: This is a home grown idea from our ranks. It requires RCSC signoff. Might want to make it multiple days.

V.P. Brian P: Building Cleaning Track Larger???

N-Scale: Waiting on switches to continue. The new loop is up and running.

O-27: In Process. A new donation this week helped the project along with both rolling stock and track.

Track Committee: New Computer in the Balcony. Running smoothly.

Finances: $18,183.15 in the Bank.

New Business:

Brian P is getting nowhere with trying to get Rod Stewart to visit the club when he is in town.

Question: Do we have any members who worked on the railroad. Yes, Rich Panici
